Whilst we are happy to take a telephone or e-mail order we must stress that mattresses or divan beds purchased without prior viewing cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on delivery. However they will be covered under a one year warranty (mattresses) or five year warranty (divans). This does not affect your statutory rights.
